Introduction

Energy-efficient laundry facilities are available in each residence hall and are free of charge. Laundry rooms are available to residents 24/7 unless notified otherwise.

It is the resident's responsibility to monitor their laundry while it is in the laundry room and to promptly retrieve their belongings at the end of their laundry cycle.

Unclaimed items in laundry rooms will be moved to the clothing donation bin on Wednesdays between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., and donation bins are collected by reFashionNYC - DSNY once every month.

The University is not responsible for lost or damaged items or items that were left in the laundry room unattended.

The Speed Queen app is not available in Brownstones.

Quick steps to get started

  1. Create a login and verify account
  2. Enter our campus location code: CU1754
  3. Pick your building from list
  4. Select machine for notification (see machine label Letter or Number)
  5. Start cycle on machine
