Hartley Hospitality Desk

During the overnight shift from midnight to 8:00 AM, the Hospitality Desk team is available only by phone. Students requiring in-person support can visit the desk in the Hartley Hall lobby between 8:00 AM  and midnight.

Call or email the Hospitality Desk, located in the lobby of Hartley Hall. The Hospitality Desk is staffed 7 days a week to assist students.

Summer Hours 2021
8:30 am - 5:30 pm —Visit the desk in person or request help via email/phone.
5:30 pm - Midnight — Desk staff is available by phone or email.

Hospitality Desk Services Include:

  • Assistance with Maintenance and Custodial Requests
    • Unless it's an emergency, students should first put in a service request. The Desk can help if issues aren't resolved in a timely manner.
  • Equipment check-out for Game Room
  • General Questions
  • Keys and Locks
  • Moving Bin Rentals
  • University ID Card Reissues
