Summer Options for Students

Depending on your status as a student at Columbia or beyond, Housing offers various options for living on campus. Plans for Summer 2021 Housing will be determined as the University operating plan is confirmed. Check back for updates.

Graduating students from Engineering waive
Graduating Seniors

Available to current residential students graduating from Columbia College or the School of Engineering and Applied Science who are participating in University Commencement for the current academic year.

Students entering Hamilton Hall
Continuing Columbia Students

Available to current undergraduates enrolled in Columbia College or the School of Engineering and Applied Science.

Visiting Summer Students

Available to students over the age of 18 from any college or university enrolled in select Columbia University summer sessions. GS, Barnard, and CC/SEAS non-guaranteed housing students enrolled in summer session are also eligible.

Available to students over the age of 18 enrolled in the ALP through School of Professional Studies.

Depending on availability, year to year Columbia Housing may be able to offer housing for students interning in New York City. Certain requirements apply.
