Posting flyers and advertisements is prohibited on walls, doors, door vision panels, elevators, or anywhere other than designated bulletin boards. Flyers are removed from bulletin boards by Facilities staff weekly on Mondays. Flyers posted in prohibited locations will be removed and discarded.
The posting of announcements to the digital screens throughout Columbia's residences is open to recognized CC and SEAS undergraduate student organizations. Announcement requests are submitted by completing the Digital Screen Announcement Request form.
