This service is provided in partnership with Columbia University Information Technology (CUIT), is easy to set up and provides access to a number of popular stations. It is available on both cable-ready televisions as well as computers and mobile devices. Please note: While the service is not available to most residents of Columbia Residential Apartments, it is available to undergraduate students who reside there.

- Support for the service is also provided by CUIT. If you experience issues with the service, first try the troubleshooting tips on their website. If those do not help, please contact the Hartley Hospitality Desk who will coordinate with CUIT to get your issue resolved.
- The current cable service will be discontinued in the near future and replaced with streaming service in common areas like residence hall lounges.
