Intern Maintenance Requests Procedure

To submit a maintenance request, an intern must email the RA assigned to their floor. Conference Housing will email interns their RA’s contact information the day of check-in. If an intern is unsure of their RA’s contact information, they should contact the Conference Housing Service Desk at 212-854-0365 for that information and to submit a request by phone between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Please be advised that non-emergency maintenance requests may take approximately 60-90 days to be completed. 

For emergency maintenance requests after-hours, please call the Columbia Housing Hospitality Desk at 212-854-2779. Please only call this number if there is an emergency request between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
