Conference Housing Request Form

Complete this form in order to request Conference Housing.
 
The Conference Housing season runs from June through the first weekend in August each year. Space is not available from September through May. Please be as detailed and accurate as possible in this form. This will be used to determine eligibility.

What company or department should be the primary organization responsible for the contract requirements?
*If your group requires more than 3 sessions, please contact our office after submitting this form to discuss further.
Groups with minors (<18) require a staff ratio of 1:6 in corridor style buildings, or 1 per suite in suite style buildings and must have gone through proper background checks.
Standard check-in begins at 3:00pm. Approved groups checking in before the standard office time will incur a fee equal to an additional night of the contracted amount. Groups requesting a check-in location outside of the office, will incur a fee of $350 plus the cost of furniture. The University requires the use of Columbia authorized furniture and laborers.
Standard check-out time is before 11:00 am on your scheduled day. Approved groups checking out after the standard office time will incur a fee equal to an additional night of the contracted amount. Groups requesting a check-out location outside of the office, will incur a fee of $350 plus the cost of furniture. The University requires the use of Columbia authorized furniture and laborers.

*Wireless access is already available in all rooms. Access to the Columbia Printing Network which will provide network log-in IDs and access to residence hall printers and computer labs available at a flat rate of $50 per person, per month and is only available to groups staying longer than 30 days consecutively. **$100 extra fee will be charged for access.
