Can I make changes to my housing registration?

How long do I have to cancel without penalty? How do I cancel?
Please review the cancellation policy before registering for Alumni Housing. Cancellations made before April 30 will be at no extra charge. However, those who cancel on or after April 30 will be charged a fee equal to the cost of the first night’s room. Please visit Cancel Your Reservation to submit a cancellation form.
Is there a deadline for housing registration?
Conference Housing accepts housing applications until mid-May or when booked to capacity. After the registration closes online, all requests and late applications will be granted on a case-by-case basis pending on availability.
Can I check in early or check out later?
Unfortunately, due to the building preparation work necessary after students check-out, guests are unable to check-in early. We are also unable to accommodate any late check-outs as we need to prepare rooms for our next conference group. If you are interested in staying in New York City before or after Alumni Housing, we recommend visiting Off-Campus Accommodations and contacting Union Theological Seminary, International House, or Teachers College.
