Proration Schedule

For Residents Canceling due to Graduation, Permanent Withdrawal, Required Military Service or Medical Leave of Absence during the Academic Year, the proration percentages* for cancellation of the Columbia Housing Occupancy Agreement prior to and during the occupancy period will be used to determine the appropriate charge and refund.

For Residents Canceling with Liability during the Academic Year for reasons that include but are not limited to Voluntary Withdrawal, Required Withdrawal and Disciplinary actions, the following tables represent the administrative fee and proration percentages* for cancellation of the Columbia Housing Occupancy Agreement prior to and during the occupancy period.
