Intern Check-In and Check-Out Procedure
An email with check-in information is sent at least two weeks prior to an intern’s arrival date. Interns arriving at any time other than the one listed in the email must pick up their room key and ID at the Conference Housing Service Desk located in Carman Hall. The Conference Housing Service Desk can also be reached via telephone at 212-854-0365 and is open from 8:00 a.m.- 9:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday. Service desk staff will have residential keys and can direct interns to East Campus.
Check-out is no later than 11:00am on an intern's scheduled departure date. A late check-out fee of $300 will be assessed beginning at 11:00am for every hour an intern remains in residence.
