Cancel Your Reservation

For Commencement Housing, Alumni Reunion Weekend Housing, Intern Housing, and any individual who registered online, please submit the Conference Housing Cancellation form. This form must be completed and submitted in order for the cancellation to be acknowledged.

Cancellations by the Licensee’s group leader will only be accepted if received in written form, to the Conference Housing Office at 114 Hartley Hall. Please refer to your license agreement for cancellation fees. The deposit requirement is not refundable and cannot be credited to the balance due.
