Make a Reservation
2017 Commencement Housing requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is required at the time of registration to confirm reservation. Guests who do not have Internet access may have their graduating seniors apply for them online at the Conference Housing office in 114 Hartley.

More information about our Accommodations and Rates, can be found here. Accepted forms of payment are American Express, Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and Discover. Your credit card will be billed automatically upon application and confirmation.
Please Note: Commencement Housing rates are fixed and accommodations cannot be prorated. We also ask that you familiarize yourself with and follow Columbia’s policy on the Protection of Minors. Upon registering for Commencement housing, you confirm that you have read through the content prior to your arrival.
Cancel Your Reservation
Cancellations made before April 1st will be at no extra charge. However, those who cancel on or after April 1st will be charged a cancellation fee. Guests must fill out a Conference Housing cancellation form to cancel a housing reservation. This form must be completed and submitted in order for the cancellation to be acknowledged.
Commencement Housing is now full. If you would like to be placed on our waitlist, please fill out our Waitlist Form and we will contact families on a first come, first serve basis with availability.
