Reservations

Registration for Commencement Housing is now available. Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests who do not have Internet access may have their graduating seniors apply for them online or in-person at the Conference Housing office in 114 Hartley.

More information about our Accommodations and Rates, can be found here. Accepted forms of payment are American Express, Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and Discover. Your credit card will be billed automatically upon application and confirmation. 

To apply, please fill out a Commencement Housing application.

Please Note: We ask that you familiarize yourself with and follow Columbia’s policy on the Protection of Minors. Upon registering for Commencement housing, you confirm that you have read through the content prior to your arrival.

Cancellations

Cancellations made before April 1st will be at no extra charge. However, those who cancel on or after April 1st will be charged a fee of $140 plus tax for a half suite cancellation or $280 plus tax for a suite cancellation. Guests must fill out a Commencement Housing Cancellation form to cancel a housing reservation. This form must be completed and submitted in order for the cancellation to be acknowledged.
